Overview

The DevOps Engineer will provide a reliable and highly available platform that orchestrates microservices of a modernized operational system, utilizing cutting-edge technologies.

In Short

• Develop Infrastructure as Code and automate tasks with Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Maintain compliance and performance for RHEL systems.
• Install and configure Kubernetes and Docker for service orchestration.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab runners and Argo CD.
• Work with AWS services such as EC2, Lambdas, and S3.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize application performance.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure uptime.
• Utilize Kubernetes with a focus on EKS, ECS, and Fargate.
• Communicate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 12 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and networking principles.
• Proficient in managing GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for infrastructure issues.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Ability to collaborate with development teams.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Knowledge of cloud-native logging and metrics tools.
• U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance.
