• Craft compelling technical proposals for large customers.
• Lead creation of responses to RFx (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for proposal development.
• Manage timelines, contributors, and deliverables for proposals.
• Maintain and update proposal content and templates.
• Enhance proposals with visuals for clarity and impact.
• Conduct interviews and research to improve proposal content.
• Share RFx highlights and lead after-action reviews.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for high-priority opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years writing RFx proposals for large customers.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Shipley or similar methodologies.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Background in healthcare or technical industries is a plus.
