Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity awareness or training.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven program management experience.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with phishing simulation platforms.
• Familiarity with learning management systems.
• Proven project management skills.
• Cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
