General Accountant (P2P, NetSuite Expert) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Accounting Generalist to join our client's Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in account reconciliations, report generation in NetSuite, P2P (Procure-to-Pay) operations support, and project accounting.

In Short

• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
• Run, customize, and distribute financial reports from NetSuite.
• Assist with vendor onboarding and invoice coding.
• Track project costs, budgets, and billings.
• Support general ledger entries and month-end close activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers for accurate cost allocations.
• Partner with AP and procurement teams to resolve inquiries.
• Support monthly close reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in NetSuite.
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
