• Lead the Backend Platform organization including Data Platform, APIs, and Applied AI teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience in backend or infrastructure domains.
• Experience leading managers and growing teams in rapid growth environments.
• Strong communication skills across functions and async-first teams.
• Proficiency in backend technologies: Node.js, Postgres, Redis, Kubernetes, AWS.
• Experience with data pipelines and API ecosystems.
• Familiarity with observability and reliability patterns.
• History of driving platform roadmaps and guiding technical standards.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear action plans.
