Overview

As an Applied Scientist at One, you’ll be at the forefront of our AI and Machine Learning innovation! You'll design and deploy machine learning, deep learning, and LLM models that will shape our customer experience, drive business growth, and improve operational efficiency while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams.

• Lead end-to-end machine learning model development: from design, experimentation, and deployment to scaling production models.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise with 5+ years of experience building and productionizing ML/AI models that deliver measurable business impact.
• Strong technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Fluent in collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to bring AI solutions from ideation to deployment.
• Proficient in Databricks (or similar platforms) and familiar with managing data pipelines and advanced analytics workflows in a cloud-based environment.
• Possess the Triple H Factor: Hungry, Humble, Honest.
