Senior Platform Engineer - Remote

We are a remote-first healthcare and technology company, seeking an experienced engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Platform Engineering team, you will play a role in designing, building, and maintaining the systems and infrastructure necessary to support Omada’s mission.

In Short

• You will be part of the development and operation of Omada’s digital health program infrastructure.
• You will play a key role building and scaling our platform.
• You will work closely with the Platform team and internal customers.
• You will build cross-functional relationships with software engineers and data scientists.
• You will manage high availability services in our EKS clusters.
• You will work with developers to improve developer tooling.
• You will maintain and enhance our Gitlab CI/CD infrastructure.
• You will mentor and guide the professional development of team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and building AWS cloud architectures.
• Experience building and operating a Kubernetes cluster.
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with Datadog application performance monitoring.
• Comfortable managing virtual Linux hosts and volumes.
• Skilled at building and deploying Docker images.
• Great communication skills.
• Readiness to participate in an on-call rotation.
