Senior Clinical Product Manager, Behavioral Science - Remote

• Serve as a core member of product development squads with accountability for clinical direction and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Clinical/CD leaders to establish an aligned, evidence-based Clinical Point-of-View.
• Advise teams on behavioral frameworks and strategies that drive clinically meaningful outcomes.
• Partner with EPD to embed behavioral science principles into user experiences.
• Review and apply behavioral science literature for product development.
• Evaluate trade-offs across clinical, business, and user factors.
• Lead alignment among stakeholders for shared product decisions.
• Ensure product work meets Omada’s standards for clinical quality and safety.
• Use data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Recommend changes to clinical product processes for efficiency.

Requirements

• PhD in Clinical Psychology or related field with specialization in health behavior intervention.
• 5+ years of postdoctoral experience in a digital health setting.
• Experience with behavioral science interventions in chronic condition management.
• Expertise in behavioral theory and evidence-based intervention design.
• Success in collaborating with Product and Design teams.
• Experience in designing and evaluating behavior change strategies.
• Ability to set objectives and monitor progress.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record with data-driven decision-making.
• Organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
