Senior Team Leader (Planning) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to drive performance, growth, and collaboration across our planning team. You will oversee operations, guide strategic initiatives, and mentor staff to ensure excellence in project delivery and client service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, planning, or related area preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of related experience.
• At least six years of experience supervising technical personnel.
• AICP certification or ITE certification preferred.
• Technical fluency with proven leadership ability.
• Experience overseeing projects with geographically dispersed teams.
