Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to orchestrate AI-powered creative projects for premium brands. This role demands someone who can blend traditional project management with innovative AI production methodologies, particularly within the beauty sector.

In Short

• Delivering GenAI projects.
• Working with clients and the creative team to deliver complex GenAI projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets and resourcing requests.
• Facilitating feedback; acting as the point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the project.
• Work as part of the creative team in the company’s organizational structure.
• Work with our sales & customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs pre and post projects.
• Working with our product team to translate client problems & requests into product roadmap.

Requirements

• Have 3+ years project management experience (essential).
• Experience in delivering scaled projects / high volume of assets (essential).
• Experience working with enterprise brands (essential).
• Experience working with GenAI platforms and processes (advantage).
• A track record of running creative projects and delivering creative work with creative people (advantage).
• Experience in fast-paced creative environments (advantage).
• Experience working with Slack and G-Suite (advantage).
