POS, Print and Packaging Designer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Point-of-Sale (POS), Print & Packaging Designer to create and complete artwork end-to-end, from concept development to final production for one of Oliver’s biggest clients.

In Short

• Concept, design and develop POS, retail packaging, and print materials from initial concept through to final production.
• Interpret design briefs and deliver innovative design solutions with FMCG packaging design experience.
• Development of print assets, including national and local area style catalogues and store POS.
• Create compelling graphics for print marketing materials.
• Prepare print-ready files with meticulous attention to detail.
• Act as a brand guardian, producing high quality artwork within tight timelines.
• Ensure design work is consistent, high-quality, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, production, and account teams.
• Liaise with printers, packaging suppliers, and manufacturers.
• Stay up to date with printing techniques, materials, and packaging innovations.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in POS, packaging, and print design.
• Technical expertise in print and media production plans.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of knife lines, dielines, and structural packaging design.
• Experience preparing print-ready files with an excellent grasp of print production processes.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and production techniques for POS and packaging.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in retail, FMCG or Pharma industries.
