In Short

• Define and lead QA practices.
• Develop and implement comprehensive SQA policies and procedures.
• Serve as a SQA liaison, mentoring team members.
• Design and implement software test plans.
• Contribute directly as a developer, writing and reviewing code.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate QA processes.
• Transform and optimize reactor data storage and analysis.
• Design and configure CI/CD pipelines.
• Build tools for reactor engineers to visualize designs.
• Implement or enhance physics kernels for performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics, or equivalent.
• Fluency in Python and a solid background in software development.
• Proficiency in Git and experience with CI/CD.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven track record in developing and implementing SQA programs.
• Ability to work cross-functionally as both a QA leader and developer.
