In Short

Handle hotel reservations and inquiries.
Interact with guests via phone, email, and online.
Support guests during check-in and check-out.
Collect payment information and process reservations.
Promote additional services to enhance guest experience.
Assist guests with inquiries about local attractions.
Address and resolve guest concerns.
Work closely with vendors and suppliers.
