• Develop and enhance the VA Voicebot within the Genesys Cloud platform.
• Create intuitive conversation flows and integrate with VA systems.
• Implement secure authentication processes and protect sensitive data.
• Collaborate with developers and security teams for high performance.
• Develop solutions within Genesys Cloud Services.
• Translate user needs into intuitive call flows.
• Integrate Genesys solutions with external APIs and CRMs.
• Knowledge of secure data handling practices.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically.
• Must be able to attain low-level security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
