In Short

• Hiring a Full Stack Engineer to manage federal contracts.
• Contribute to front-end and back-end development on VA.gov.
• Build reusable React components following the VA Design System.
• Implement dynamic schema-based forms and manage data validation.
• Develop secure APIs supporting submission workflows.
• Modernize legacy form infrastructure and optimize user experience.
• Ensure work is compliant with accessibility and security standards.
• 4+ years of experience in full stack development required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills needed.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, React, Ruby on Rails, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices and Git workflows.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Understanding of accessibility best practices and web standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in Agile environments.
• Must be able to attain low-level security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
