Overview

The LPN for the Virtual Emergency Department is responsible for coordinating telemedicine consult requests, ensuring effective patient care through communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nursing diploma required.
• Current state licensure from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred 3 years of hospital-based experience as an LPN.
• Experience in Call Center, Emergency Department, or Telehealth setting preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal and delegation skills.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
• Willingness to accept new assignments as needed.
