Senior Financial Integrated Application Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Financial Integrated Application Analyst supports the mission of OCHIN through complex configurations to support the Epic applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software for our member clinics.

In Short

• Perform complex build and configuration in Epic and related products.
• Lead working sessions with OCHIN members to resolve advanced integration work orders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on applications across the organization.
• Document build specifications and team processes.
• Collaborate with members from other teams to address integration issues.
• Provide elbow support to clinic staff during Go-Lives.
• Lead trainings and workgroups for members.
• Build, design, test, and document functionality of new system features.
• Lead and manage multiple competing projects simultaneously.
• Consult with member billing offices to identify existing workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of GL accounting and ability to teach basic methods.
• Experience with cash-based to accrual-based accounting.
• Certifications in Epic Prelude, Eligibility, and Benefits Engine preferred.
• Understanding of Epic workflows is required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills.
• Process and detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
