In Short

• Delivers personalized and/or generalized learning programs including workflow design, training, documentation, and workshops.
• Specializes in training programs related to clinical or operational workflows.
• Monitors the effectiveness and impact of workflows and training.
• Creates engaging and adaptive learning materials for team members.
• Facilitates workflow design sessions to discover member operational workflows.
• Assists members with their integration of Epic OCHIN system.
• Collects data and performs analysis of member feedback.
• Develops and maintains learning program documentation and videos.
• Acts as a workflow resource for members and teams.
• May require travel up to 50% based on business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in training and instructional design.
• Proficiency or Certification in Epic Resolute PB or HB is desired.
• 1+ years’ experience in LMS architecture and deployment.
• Understanding of change management skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Base knowledge of adult learning theories and methods.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
• Ability to work outside normal hours for training delivery.
