Overview

The eCommerce Manager will partner with a client operating a portfolio of eCommerce brands, focusing on high-quality home goods. This operationally intensive role requires proactive ownership of eCommerce workflows while coordinating across various teams.

In Short

• Manage eCommerce platform operations on Shopify and similar platforms.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and logistics with 3PL partners.
• Ensure seamless customer experience through effective communication with service teams.
• Interface with production teams for order routing and updates.
• Generate and analyze eCommerce KPI reports to identify improvements.
• Work asynchronously across international time zones.
• Maintain product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce operations or management.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Ability to manage product catalogs accurately.
• Self-starter who thrives in low-supervision environments.
• Comfort working across international time zones.
• Experience with 3PL/inventory platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and Slack-first workflows is advantageous.
