Oceans is seeking talented candidates in Sri Lanka to become Digital Marketers, working with U.S. Startups and C-Suite Executives.

In Short

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
• Identify and prioritize key digital channels for maximum impact, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing
• Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve desired KPIs
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (blogs, articles, infographics, videos, etc.) that aligns with brand messaging and goals
• Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness and engage with the audience
• Create and schedule content across various social media platforms
• Monitor social media performance, engage with followers, and manage community interactions
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize email campaigns based on performance data.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities using analytics tools

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC
• Experience with social media management and content creation
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies
• Analytical skills to track and report on performance metrics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
