Overview

As a Tech Lead at OAK’S LAB, you will be the engineering leader for a team, responsible for managing engineers and overseeing the technical direction and delivery of projects for tech startups.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• 5+ years in engineering.
• 3+ years building web applications using Node.js or React.
• Experience in software architecture.
• Strong business acumen, especially in startups.
• Ability to make product decisions based on user value.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
