Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will lead essential analysis across multiple functions at O Positiv, a women’s health company, to drive decision-making and support organizational goals.

In Short

• Build, maintain, and upgrade dashboards for decision making.
• Analyze data across various functions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement data models to meet business requirements.
• Develop data quality assurance processes for accuracy and consistency.
• Contribute to data strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, Retail, and Strategy teams.
• 3+ years of experience in data/analytics/product management roles.
• Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or R is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Startup/e-commerce experience is a bonus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years in data/analytics/product management roles.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Statistics, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with DBT, Snowflake, or Sigma Computing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Organized and results-oriented individual.
• Passion for startup/e-commerce is a bonus.
