Senior Product Manager, Genomics - Remote

Overview

NVIDIA seeks a highly technical, collaborative Product Manager to drive the roadmap, future product discovery, and delivery of accelerated libraries and tools for Genomics applications including Parabricks, a scalable genomics software suite for secondary analysis that provides GPU-accelerated versions of trusted, open-source tools.

In Short

• Define and nurture product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Parabricks.
• Gather insights from key customers and developers.
• Work closely with engineering leadership to deliver on product roadmap.
• Engage key customers and industry partners to capture insights.
• Define go-to-market strategies and contribute to product positioning.
• Assist in creating technical content for product communication.
• Expert knowledge in multi-omics analysis and workflow deployments.
• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hands-on contributions to multi-omics tooling.

Requirements

• Masters, PhD, or equivalent experience in computational biology or related fields.
• Deep expertise in sequencing technologies and bioinformatics pipelines.
• Demonstrated understanding of algorithmic applications in genomics.
• Experience with deep learning in genomics.
• Ability to articulate concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in zero-to-one product ideation and delivery.
• Background in multi-species applications of genomics.
• Experience with NVIDIA GPUs (CUDA) and HPC+AI software stack.
