In Short

Perform underwriting due diligence reviews of loans for residential care facilities.
Review appraisals and physical condition reports of healthcare facilities.
Analyze credit histories and determine credit worthiness of borrowers.
Review financial statements of properties and participants.
Ensure compliance with HUD’s lending guidance.
Underwrite complex transactions with unique property characteristics.
Monitor loan pipeline and complete underwriting reviews promptly.
Collaborate with other underwriters and closers in a team environment.
Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

Detail-oriented problem solver.
Experience in loan underwriting or financial analysis.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Familiarity with HUD lending guidelines.
