Marketing Manager & Inhouse Coordinator - Remote

Your Mission:

As a Marketing Manager & Inhouse Coordinator, you will be the central interface in our marketing. You will plan, prioritize, and coordinate our measures across various channels, keep an eye on our KPIs, and ensure that we grow efficiently and purposefully.

In Short

• Plan and coordinate marketing measures across channels (Newsletter, Social Media, Performance Marketing, etc.)
• Monitor KPIs and performance data and support data-driven optimization
• Play a central role in the setup and further development of Klaviyo (Email Marketing, Automations, Flows)
• Ensure that all marketing activities are structured, prioritized, and efficiently implemented
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners for smooth execution
• Contribute your ideas and help continuously develop our marketing strategy
• Support operationally in various areas and remain hands-on

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally in the E-commerce / D2C environment
• A completed degree in marketing or similar
• A generalist in marketing with knowledge of various channels (e.g., Email, Social Media, Performance)
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar marketing automation tools
• Data-driven thinking with a good understanding of KPIs and performance relationships
• Structured and organized work style with the ability to keep an overview of many topics
• Drive, ownership, and a hands-on mentality
