Graphic Designer (m/f/d) - 100% Home Office - Remote

In Short

• Create high-performance creatives for ads (Social Media, Amazon, Google, etc.)
• Design product visualizations, packaging, and marketplace assets (e.g., Amazon Listings, A+ Content)
• Develop and maintain our brand identity and design guidelines
• Collaborate closely with marketing, performance, and product management
• Optimize creatives based on data (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, etc.)
• Contribute your own ideas to continuously elevate our visual communication
• Actively design offline concepts for trade shows, retail, and more

Requirements

• Initial experience as a graphic designer (ideally in e-commerce or D2C)
• Strong sense of branding, aesthetics, and performance design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Understanding of how design contributes to conversion and brand building
• Structured, independent working style with high quality standards
• Creativity, ownership, and a hands-on mentality
• Residence in Germany
• Alignment with the philosophy of nutri+
• Plus: Ideally, experience with motion design or video editing
