In Short

• Build your own client base by identifying exciting consulting projects in SMEs and startups.
• Act as the central contact person for potential clients, guiding projects from discovery call to contract signing.
• Use your negotiation skills to create contracts that satisfy both clients and finance consultants.
• Recruit and connect suitable internal and external finance professionals with our clients.
• Ensure seamless onboarding of clients at project start.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies.
• Relevant professional experience as a recruitment consultant or intermediary in contracting.
• Financial expertise characterized by experience in reporting, controlling, or investments.
• Strong skills in negotiation, sales, and acquiring new clients.
• Communication talent, result orientation, and high performance willingness.
• Fluent in German and English (C1-C2) in both spoken and written form.
