• Operate and manage over 200 Kafka clusters efficiently.
• Support and monitor over 1 million Kafka topics.
• Handle over 1PB of data flowing through Kafka daily.
• Optimize resource utilization and manage costs.
• Extend asynchronous communication patterns beyond Kafka.
• Maintain performance and reliability as message volume grows.

Requirements

• Experience in managing large-scale distributed systems or messaging platforms.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure management and optimization strategies.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and related services.
• Ability to design and implement efficient monitoring solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with automation and configuration management tools.
