Senior Network Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Network Engineer will work with the Global IT Engineering team at Nubank, focusing on infrastructure and connectivity projects, ensuring the lifecycle of connectivity infrastructure for Nubank products.

In Short

• Design customized solutions to support business objectives.
• Execute High Level and Low Level Design for connectivity solutions.
• Assist in developing networking architecture and global standards.
• Support enterprise network infrastructure and troubleshoot incidents.
• Provide reliable infrastructure via best practices and standards.
• Implement monitoring and control solutions to identify issues proactively.
• Configuration and maintenance of network solutions for Nubank's products.
• Work with multivendor network equipment and technologies.
• Produce documentation and written deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge in L2 and L3 protocols.
• Experience in WAN network environments.
• Ability to implement network protocol services.
• Knowledge of Data Center architecture.
• Experience managing complex projects.
• Load-balancing design experience.
• Proficiency in managing firewalls.
• Knowledge of network management tools.
• Experience with cloud networking principles.
• Hands-on experience in financial services networks is a plus.
