The NOC Supervisor L2 plays a critical role in managing a 24/7 technical support team, ensuring service delivery excellence and operational efficiency within the NTT GDC Americas, Inc. Data Center Operations Center.

• Supervise a 24/7 technical staff for NOC operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-4 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience in a data center environment.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies.
• Supervisory experience in a help desk operation.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to travel 10-15% of the time.
