Senior Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst is a critical role in the Global Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, responsible for gathering and analyzing complex financial data to facilitate decision making and provide guidance to relevant business stakeholders.

• Drive the rolling forecast, annual budgeting, and long-term forecasting analytics activities.
• Extract data from HR reports for financial and statistical analysis.
• Prepare monthly actual vs. budget reports and produce variance analyses.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams for budgeting and forecasting input.
• Identify risks and opportunities within headcount and payroll numbers.
• Analyze budget and forecast variances with recommendations.
• Develop business partner relationships with operational leaders.
• Continuously review HC and payroll cost development.
• Participate in user testing for system enhancements.
• Perform ad hoc analytics as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field preferred.
• 5-8 years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Advanced experience with MS Office and data warehouse tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and planning abilities.
• Ability to work across different cultures and systems.
• Advanced analytical skills with actionable insights.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle complex financial terminology.
• Experience in international finance operations.
