Senior Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst provides a broad range of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple departments, preparing and reviewing complex financial data and reports to support executive stakeholders.

In Short

• Conduct budget and cost reviews, analyzing variances between actuals, forecasts, and plans.
• Prepare monthly consolidation and reconciliation of business unit financials.
• Perform financial analysis and modeling, consolidating large data sets and building models.
• Develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Corporate Finance on close processes.
• Interact with business leads to analyze key data.
• Provide financial support and manage communication with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ERP systems, specifically financials.
• Work in a virtual environment open to residents of all 50 states, D.C.
• Possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in financial analysis.
• Experience in budgeting, consolidation, and performance reporting.
• Understanding of accounting processes and internal controls.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.
• Ability to pass a background check.
