In Short

  • NPM is seeking a Digital Media Planning Associate for the Digital Ad Operations team.
  • Support corporate sponsorships by developing strategic digital sponsorship proposals.
  • Work with NPR’s sales organization on campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Analyze data and recommend effective digital products for clients.
  • Manage high-volume proposal generation and revisions.
  • Utilize ad servers like Megaphone and Google Ad Manager.
  • Maintain attention to detail and manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborate with a large team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred experience with ad-serving platforms.
  • Education requirement includes a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in ad operations or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and comfort working with data.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
