Freelance AI Transformation & Change Expert - Remote

Overview

The AI Transformation & Change Expert leads the human and organizational change processes associated with adopting AI within the business. They work closely with leadership and other stakeholders to ensure that the organization is prepared for AI transformation, and that teams are ready to adopt new ways of working with AI-driven systems.

Requirements

• Experience leading AI transformation initiatives in large organizations.
• Change Management Expertise particularly in technology-driven transformations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to drive organizational acculturation initiatives.
• AI Adoption Strategy: Expertise in creating change strategies to promote AI adoption.
• Training & Education: Ability to design and implement training programs for AI tools.
• Organizational Design: Knowledge of structuring teams for AI-driven change.
• Culture Shaping: Ability to build a culture that supports innovation and ethical AI use.
