In Short

• Lead the architecture, delivery, and technical ownership of a strategic banking platform transformation.
• Drive architectural decisions and guide development and integration teams.
• Ensure reliable implementation, scalability, and long-term evolution of the bank’s new core system.
• Provide technical leadership for solution delivery.
• Manage data migration from the existing core banking system to the new platform.
• Organize and control deployments across multiple environments.
• Drive integration of new components into the overall system landscape.
• Ensure system support during the post-production phase.
• Take full responsibility for stable system operation and maintenance.
• Prepare and support pilot rollout and testing activities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven experience designing and delivering complex distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience leading system implementation from architecture design to production.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture principles.
• Experience with system integrations and APIs.
• Understanding of cloud and hybrid infrastructure models.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with distributed teams.
• Strong technical leadership skills and mentoring mindset.
• English level — B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
