Requirements
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an early-stage startup or agency.
Sourcing expertise: you’ve personally sourced at least 80% of your hires.
Deep knowledge of engineering & product hiring.
A track record of strong execution: you consistently deliver and iterate based on results.
A growth mindset: you take feedback, optimize your approach, and find creative solutions.
