Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, with 2+ years in technical recruiting.
• Experience in early-stage startups.
• End-to-end ownership of the hiring process.
• Passion for building exceptional teams.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Track record of meeting headcount targets.
• Data and process-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with TA tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
