Fractional Accountant - Remote

Overview

Northslope is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable fractional accountant to support our core financial hygiene functions as we scale, working closely with our Head of Finance and COO.

In Short

• 5+ years of accounting experience, CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience owning or supporting the month-end close process.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP) and GL management.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and tools like Ramp, Deel, and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable preparing monthly financial statements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communicator in a remote setting.
• Commitment of 10+ hours per week.
