The Home Marketing Consultant at Northrop Realty plays a crucial role in enhancing the appeal of homes for sale through expert staging and marketing strategies.

• Part-time role focusing on home staging consultations.
• Provides staging consultation to 10+ sellers per week.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
• Must maintain confidentiality in all transactions.
• Experience in residential design or product marketing is a plus.
• Strong initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
