With today’s technology, sales reps shouldn’t need to manually write hundreds of emails, research hundreds of websites/linkedins, and make hundreds of calls. They should instead focus on the parts of their job that actually require people - talking to customers, being creative, and problem-solving. With a combination of AI tools, automation and real-time collaboration, Nooks can do the rest.

In Short

• Partnering with founders and product engineering team to deliver new features.
• Creating PRDs based on feature requests and user interviews.
• Owning tactical work post-feature launch including user research and guides.
• Scaling new features by translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Understanding user frustrations and translating needs into AI-driven experiences.
• Working on concurrency and distributed systems challenges.
• Addressing real-time audio AI and latency tradeoffs.
• Building smart call funnels and playbooks using data wrangling.
• Integrating with sales engagement platforms.
• Ensuring frontend performance across devices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in engineering and product in a tech environment.
• Minimum 2 years in a tech startup.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record in setting product roadmaps and leading projects.
• Strong UX intuitions and ability to wireframe improved flows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Nice to have: experience with AI-driven products.
