Senior Application Scientist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an Application Scientist to ensure every customer study is set up for success. Your core responsibility is to ask the right questions to deeply understand the purpose of each study, then guide the customer toward the most effective experimental or data analysis approach.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in relevant field (Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven track record of effective customer interaction in the biotechnology industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of proteomics or biomarker discovery required.
• Experience with nELISA or multiplex technologies is desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
