Requirements

• 2-4 years in consulting, business operations, or high-growth startups.
• Fluency in Korean is a major plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and experience managing calendars.
• Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects.
• Adaptable and entrepreneurial spirit in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.
• Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail.
