Nisum is a leading global digital commerce firm headquartered in California, with services spanning digital strategy and transformation, insights and analytics, blockchain, business agility, and custom software development. We are looking for a TL DevOps who has a good understanding of general devOps, including code deployment processes in a multi environment development, and cloud migrations.

In Short

• Integrate observability best practices throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for real-time monitoring.
• Use advanced performance monitoring tools to identify and resolve system issues.
• Bridge gaps between development, operations, and business units.
• Continuously innovate and improve observability with new tools.
• Document observability practices thoroughly.
• Proficiency with AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana.
• Track record of identifying and resolving issues using observability data.
• Manage offshore engineers and track progress.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and tools.

Requirements

• Must reside in Latam.
• Advanced English skills.
• Jenkins administration and management.
• CI/CD processes, change and release management.
• Git knowledge (branching, merging, conflict resolution).
• Server administration and deploying .NET applications.
• AWS (Lambda, CloudFormation, Terraform).
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes knowledge.
• ALM tools (Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace).
• ServiceNow workflows or other ITSM platforms.
