Design Engineer - Remote

Overview

We make influencer marketing as measurable as performance ads. Our platform aggregates real-time data from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch, providing brands and agencies with clear decision-making tools to scale campaigns effectively.

In Short

• Build, maintain, and scale our design system in Figma and code (React + Tailwind).
• End-to-end implementation of new UI/UX features: from wireframes to prototypes to production release.
• Ensure performance-optimized frontend implementation.
• Introduce best practices around design tokens, Storybook docs, test automation, and visual regression testing.
• Mentoring and knowledge sharing on UX patterns, motion design, and micro-interactions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Design Engineer, UX Engineer, or Frontend Designer (React environment).
• Deep understanding of design systems, component-driven development, and responsive/mobile-first design.
• Very good knowledge of Figma (Auto-layout, Variants, Tokens) as well as TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS.
• Familiar with Storybook, visual regression tests (e.g., Chromatic), and tooling like Vercel/CI-CD.
• Good sense of data visualization, micro-animations (Framer Motion), and accessibility.
• Excellent German and good English skills, proactive communication, and feedback culture.
