The Change Management Lead will drive the successful implementation of IT change initiatives, focusing on enhancing organizational awareness and engagement within the IT department.

Requirements

• Change Management certification required.
• Experience with large-scale ERP/technology rollouts.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Must be available full-time during client office hours.
• Experience with remote access and client tools.
• Willingness to travel to client offices as needed.
