Overview

The Executive, Customer Success (Analytics & Insights) at NielsenIQ is responsible for transforming client services through data analysis and reporting, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

In Short

  • Summarize data in tables, charts, and graphs.
  • Analyze and interpret sales and consumer data.
  • Deliver reports and presentations with recommendations.
  • Review data for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Use internal tools and data sources effectively.
  • Manage client expectations and interactions.
  • Discuss analysis design with clients.
  • Calculate Quantified Business Opportunities.
  • Support project time and cost-effectiveness.
  • Inspire and collaborate with peers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a digital environment.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Good client service skills in English and Thai.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Retail data experience is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics is an advantage.
