We are a provider of a modern health solution for companies, focusing on mental health, prevention, and employee well-being. To continue growing, we are looking for a true sales talent for cold acquisition via phone and email.

In Short

• Active acquisition of new customers via phone & email
• Qualification of leads (HR, management)
• Scheduling appointments and handing over to our management
• Collaboration with marketing & CRM team
• First experience in sales or cold acquisition
• German as a native language or very good language skills
• Enjoyment of communication and persuasiveness
• Independent, structured working style
• Residence ideally in NRW, but remote possible
• Fixed salary of 500 EUR/month for 2 days a week
