In Short

• Installation and maintenance of hardware and software on-site and remotely
• Analysis and resolution of IT issues as part of 1st and 2nd level support
• Participation in IT projects - from planning to rollout to operations
• Independently conducting patch management, monitoring & documentation
• Your goal: Solve problems before they arise, see processes before they break

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training in the IT field (ideally as a specialist in system integration)
• Solid knowledge in Microsoft server environments, networks, and firewalls
• You have already managed projects independently - from planning to implementation
• You are technically savvy AND communicative - people trust your expertise
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and think entrepreneurially
• You understand IT as a value-creating factor - not just as a firefighting role
