Overview

The Operational Efficiency & Systems Integration Developer will lead the digital transformation of Materials Management hospital operations through innovative technologies, enhancing workflows and productivity across departments.

  • Design mobile-first applications to replace manual processes.
  • Integrate hospital systems using REST APIs and Claris Connect.

  • Manage full project lifecycle from discovery to rollout.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Process Improvement or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems development or healthcare IT.
  • Proficiency with FileMaker Pro and comparable low-code platforms.
  • Strong understanding of integration across various hospital systems.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools and mobile synchronization strategies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and user-centered design approach.
  • Experience in environments with offline or low-connectivity constraints.
