• Create multiple stories per day on high-interest topics around life advice, personal dilemmas, health, wellness, and trending digital themes.
• Use analytics data to determine stories that will resonate with audiences.
• Monitor content performance and optimize headlines, visuals, and other elements for improved audience response.
• Take editor feedback to constantly improve stories and the story crafting process.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative content ideas.
• Increase prowess using LLMs to aid in the speed and depth of reporting.
• Perform any other reasonable duties to meet the needs of the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creating content in a newsroom or digital publication.
• Deep understanding of lifestyle trending topics like health and entertainment.
• Strong editorial judgment with the ability to spot trending content.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing trends without compromising quality.
• Prior experience with AI/LLM tools is highly preferred but not required.
